Set consistency among paper's PDF and associated metadata

A check revealed that some authors, as a result of changes in the system, faced with the problem of non-author validation, omitted these authors from the paper's metadata.

This causes major problems and inconsistencies in the generation of proceedings, the programme, etc.

User validation is achieved in the following way:
a) the user signs up at https://ess.iccsa.org and receives a message at the relevant email address.
b) the user must reply to validate the email
c) when adding the new user as an author, the surname must be entered in the corresponding text area. A table will appear. The correct table entry must be selected. The user is now validated.

This problem occurs with new reviewers.

To correct the metadata mismatch, the author must update the abstract and the paper.
